NEW BLOOMFIELD — The Helias Lady Crusaders finished second, while the Jefferson City Lady Jays were third in the Class 2 District 4 Tournament at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club.
Rock Bridge took team honors with a 322. Helias was next in the 13-team tournament with a 351, while Jefferson City totaled a 366.
Rock Bridge and Helias claimed the two automatic qualifying spots for next week's sectional tournament at LA Nickell in Columbia. Jefferson City will also post a team score after all five of its golfers qualified as individuals for the sectional.
Helias teammates Greta Hinds and Skylar Nelson tied for fourth in the individual standings, shooting 12-over 84s. Jayden Ralston tied for ninth with an 89 to give the Lady Crusaders a trio of all-district golfers.
Natalie Beck tied for 16th with a 94 for Helias and Aubrey Morff was 48th with a 130.
The Lady Jays also had three all-district golfers. Grace Craighead was eighth with an 88, while Grafton Craighead tied for ninth with an 89. Camryn Swingard finished 13th with a 91.
Ryann Schenewerk finished 19th for the Lady Jays with a 98, while Karina Betts was 20th with a 100.
Madeline Thomson shot 120 to finish 43rd to lead Capital City in the tournament. Taylor Hovis was 44th with a 122, while Kylie Reed was 51st with a 140.
Madison Moller of Rock Bridge was the medalist with a 73 as the Bruins had the top three individuals.
